Friendship. It is one of the hardest things in the world to define. It’s not a subject they teach you in school. When I was very young, I used to think that friends were the people you could laugh with, chitchat, and talk to. Now I perceive friends are more than that.
Friends are people that touch your heart. They’re the people you can share secrets with, cry with, or just have fun with, people who accept you as you are. They believe in you, challenge you, inspire and encourage you, convince you, that you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

...However, not everyone of them is your friend. Just because they hang around you and laugh with you doesn’t mean they are true friends. People can put on a false face very well. Actual situations in everyday life reveal them as fake friends. They’re like shadows, following you in the sunlight but leaving you in the dark.
Like Mark Twain said: “Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but great people make you believe that you too can become great.”

Friendship, at its core, transcends differences—whether in personality, style, or perspective. When it's real, it bridges those gaps beautifully and allows for mutual learning, support, and growth.
Choose wisely. Value authenticity. Cherish those who are real.
