I am fond of using the palette knife technique in my paintings because the pictures created with this technique are vibrantly dynamic. Horses are symbols of strength and wildness for me.
In earlier painting eras, the most renowned representatives of the palette knife patchy technique undoubtedly came from the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist periods. The paintings of Claude Monet, Édouard Manet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, and Alfred Sisley
I find plenty of inspiration there as well if I want to study the palette knife technique.
