A few days ago, I received an email:
"We are pleased to announce that your creation "Friendsheeps" has been chosen as the winner of the 2024 Embracing Our Differences "People's Choice Award"! The People's Choice Award is determined by a survey of nearly 42500 visitors to this year's exhibitions, conducted from January 21 to April 14.
In addition to the honor of receiving this prestigious award, she will also receive a $2,000 cash prize.
Thank you for choosing to submit your artwork to this year's exhibition and again, congratulations!"
This was the billboard exhibition where the winning selection (50 entries) of the 2024 exhibition was chosen from 16 604 entries from 125 countries around the world. Here my painting won the People's Choice Award. It's a great joy, especially to have been voted for by strangers in a foreign country.
