On 01 March 2024, at 18.00, the opening of the group exhibition "Papillon Carnevale" was held, which was also the presentation of the "Papillon Carnevale" catalogue of Fine Arts Capital Art Association artists, at David Art Gallery, a few minutes from the Parliament building.
Artists were asked to prepare for the opening with a quote that matched or influenced him/her.
I took with me a quote from an American art historian and curator, Elizabeth Broun:
"Art is not always about pretty things, it's abut about who we are, what happened to us and how our lives are affected."
