I spent my childhood in Szentegyhaza, Transylvania. What really interested me was painting and graphic design, but since I was the youngest of five children in a family without much financial means, my parents couldn’t support my art studies. I became an accountant, and my life took a different turn, but the colorless world of numbers didn’t make me happy, so I was always looking for something new.

Finally, encouraged by a friend who teaches painting, I began teaching myself to paint with acrylics on canvas. The more I painted, the more convinced I became that this is what makes me happy.

There were people who saw potential in me and made it possible for me to have my own solo exhibition, and I also participated as an exhibitor in several Transilvania Expo. At first, it was just a hobby, but when I later realized that I wanted to take this more seriously, I also realized that I needed to study it.

I got married, moved to Budapest, and began studying the secrets of oil painting under my mentor, Kalman Gasztonyi. That was the real turning point for me— the moment when I was finally able to paint what I envisioned.

That’s where my journey into the world of art began.
