On the tip of a branch sits the female bird with visibly ruffled feathers, radiating indignation. A little further away, the male bird clutches a fish in his beak—his expression somewhere between confusion and worry, his feathers flattened down. He doesn't know what he did wrong, but he is trying to make it right the only possible way: with a peace offering.
