61 cm, oil on canvas

A few years ago, I thought that there is no more painful experience in a woman's life than the loss of a baby. Then I realized it could be worse... when I lost my second little beating heart. I grieve for every tomorrow that never comes... This painting is in memory of our two unborn children, but it is not only a testimony to personal loss. It is also a universal remembrance of the unspoken grief that many carry in their hearts - the quiet strength that comes from deep sorrow, and the hope that love in all its forms will endure beyond the boundaries of life.
