My painting was inspired by the first 2025 Humanoid World Games held in Beijing. This event focused on the dexterity and logic of humanoid robots, showcasing the latest achievements in robotics and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The painting explores the complex relationship between humans and robots in the context of the rapid development of technology and AI. Technological progress is moving at an unprecedented pace as machines try to imitate us \u2013 our appearance, our movement, and our decision-making. However, the artwork warns that this imitation does not mean AI should be treated as human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The heart, which appears as a mechanical metal object, is a symbol of emotions, empathy, and vulnerability\u2014qualities that transcend logic and computation and truly make us human. The purpose of this work is to highlight the essential deficiency that even the most advanced artificial beings\u2014no matter how lifelike\u2014are incapable of true emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The contradiction that while humanoids are technically sophisticated, they are emotionally empty, conveys that no matter how much robotics and AI advance, they will never reach the level of human feelings and empathy.
